YGS EC was commissioned as the landscape architect to develop a soft landscape site plan, which should include:

  • Planting areas

  • Amenity and species-rich grassland

  • Hedgerow planting

  • Community Orchard

  • Swales and an attenuation pond

Focusing on improving the biodiversity of the site and creating quality common spaces for all the residents to enjoy.
